These houses are at 25/27 Victoria Parade, Port Augusta. These two properties are along side of each other with a shared entry by roller door at number 27.

It is housing that offers both individual comfort and community, designed with features for long-term adaptability and accessibility with wheelchair accessibility. They include secure off-street parking.  

Each property is secure and thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, home like conditions with privacy and independence, TV`s in each bedroom and a sense of community for all residents. Residents can enjoy comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces that provide a peaceful atmosphere designed for relaxation.
