Pricing

Mon to Friday $160 per night plus $30 extra for each person per night.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays $190 per night. (plus extra pp)
(free stays for children (under 2)

Booking Service Fee $100

Minimum nightly stay 3 nights.

A holiday accommodation refundable security deposit (or bond) is $500

The bond is a refundable payment held by the host to cover potential damages, breakages, excessive cleaning, or breaches of rules (like noise, extra guests) during your stay, typically collected upfront and returned after departure if all terms of condition to stay are not met.

 SPECIAL CONTRACTOR’S RATES  When it comes to your hard-working team, we understand that your people deserve the best accommodation and work stay experiences, no matter where the job takes them. We pride ourselves on delivering relaxed, quality and secure accommodation that brings our guests back time and time again.

$240 per night maximum of 3 guests = $80 per guest per night. Minimum stay of 4 weeks.

REFUNABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT (or bond) is $500

SAVE $760 per week.  Includes complementary weekly clean linen and towels.
